Duties will include sales presentations and product demonstrations, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients. This individual is the direct point of contact with a customer and in charge of ensuring a customer’s needs and expectations are met.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nMaintains and expands key customer accounts; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.\nRecommends product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.\nUpdates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.\nAccomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.\nUtilization of CRM for daily activities and reporting purposes.\nAttend trade shows as required.\nSchedules stock units for demo in territory.\nAccomplishes sales and organization mission by maintaining unit, revenue and profit goals.\nMaintain compliance with all company policies and procedures. \nQualifications\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate/negotiate with internal and external customers.\nExcellent computer proficiency (Pierce Pulse, MS Office Products).\nMust be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.\nStrategy development, project management, problem solving, and change management skills.\nAbility to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines and standard accepted practices.\nWide degree of creativity and latitude expected.\nStrong leadership skills.\nThis is a full-time position, and residency must be within territory assigned. \nEducation and/or Experience\nA bachelor's degree or Associates Degree in business, marketing, or related area preferred, and/or at least 2 years of sales experience in the field.\nHigh School Diploma or GED \nPhysical Demands\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
