Our power systems protect GPU clusters from millisecond-level spikes, enable hyperscalers to run at higher rack densities without grid compromise, and make AI data centers up to more 40% energy efficient. We keep the lights on when grids fluctuate, stabilising electrical infrastructure under the combined pressure of accelerating renewable energy deployment and surging AI demand.\nWhen power fails, critical operations stop. We exist to prevent that in microseconds. Powering the infrastructure that powers everything else.\nResponsibilities\nSpecify a new cell assembly line and accompany the project from equipment order through to ramp-up in Skeleton's factory.\nAct as the single point of contact for the equipment manufacturer during project execution, tracking the supplier's progress through regular timeline and task list reviews.\nEscalate delays and high risks to the Scale-up leadership team.\nEnsure that the agreed technical specifications are implemented in the equipment.\nSolve and close technical open points related to the equipment.\nDistribute and track the on-time closure of tasks owned by Skeleton internally.\nMaintain and structure equipment-related documentation for future scale-up phases.\nOwn the equipment FAT at the manufacturer's site, including the FAT report, assignment of post-FAT improvement actions, and acting as contact person for the move-in to Skeleton's factory.\nOwn equipment commissioning and SAT in Skeleton's factory.\nDocument the SAT report and ensure post-SAT improvement actions are closed on time.\nPrepare materials for equipment-related decisions in the Steering Committee.\nCreate the documents required for machine suppliers, equipment validation, and equipment commissioning.\nCalculate manufacturing output in line with the overall scale-up requirements.\nRequirements\nDegree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.\nProven experience ramping up production equipment from supplier handover until the performance criteria are met, ideally in a new product introduction (NPI) or new production line launch.\nSolid experience with production equipment and automation, including PLC-controlled, interlinked production lines.\nHands-on robot programming experience, ideally with KUKA robots (Fanuc is a plus).\nExperience with welding, beading, and crimping processes; experience with Trumpf laser systems is a plus.\nExperience with end-of-line testing.\nExperience with cell assembly equipment, including electrolyte filling.\nBackground in battery, energy storage, or e-mobility manufacturing (e.g. electric motors, e-axles), or with a manufacturer of such production equipment.\nResilience and a hands-on mindset during intensive ramp-up phases, with the ability to handle unexpected problems.\nWillingness to travel frequently (50% or more during the ramp-up phase), including regular trips to China and stays of 3-4 weeks during equipment acceptance.\nFluent English;
