Powering the infrastructure that powers everything else.\nResponsibilities\nMaintain and continuously improve the company Quality Management System in line with applicable standards such as ISO 9001 and relevant customer requirements.\nCreate, review, update, and control quality procedures, work instructions, templates, forms, and process documentation.\nSupport process owners in defining and documenting processes, responsibilities, KPIs, risks, and controls.\nPlan, coordinate, and support internal and external audits.\nTrack audit findings, nonconformities, corrective actions, and improvement activities through to effective closure.\nSupport root cause analysis and corrective and preventive action processes.\nEnsure controlled document management, including revision status, approval, distribution, and traceability.\nMonitor QMS KPIs and prepare regular quality reports and management review inputs.\nSupport training and awareness activities related to the QMS.\nCoordinate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supplier Quality, Purchasing, Logistics, and other departments on quality-system topics.\nSupport certification and surveillance audits and ensure the required documentation is ready.\nIdentify gaps in the QMS and lead or support continuous improvement activities.\nRequirements\nDegree in Quality Management, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a comparable technical field.\nStrong knowledge of ISO 9001 and practical experience with Quality Management Systems.\nExperience with document control, including procedures, work instructions, forms, templates, and revision management.\nGood understanding of internal and external audit processes and audit preparation.\nGood knowledge of quality tools and methods such as FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA, and problem-solving methods.\nExperience with quality-related standards and customer requirements; automotive knowledge such as IATF 16949 or VDA 6.3 is an advantage.\nGood working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.\nAbility to analyze quality data and prepare KPIs, dashboards, and management reports.\nVery good English skills;
