Missions
- Gestionar todo el ciclo de vida del empleado a nivel administrativo, incluyendo onboarding, offboarding, contratos, nóminas y cumplimiento legal.
- Liderar proyectos de RR.HH. de extremo a extremo, como la creación de formaciones para mánagers y la optimización de procesos.
- Mantener la oficina operativa y bien abastecida, y organizar un team-building al mes para mantener al equipo conectado.
