initiatives.\n\n- Identify and resolve technical challenges to ensure system reliability and uptime.\n\n- Implement and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and deployment processes.\n\n- Manage hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management of engineering team members.\n\nRequirements :\n\n- 7 to 10 years of experience in software development with strong full-stack exposure.\n\n- 2 to 5 years of experience in engineering management or technical leadership roles.\n\n- Strong backend expertise in Node.js (Express, NestJS, or similar frameworks).\n\n- Strong frontend experience with Angular or other frameworks and modern JavaScript / TypeScript.\n\n- Working knowledge of Python for backend services, scripting, or data-related use cases.\n\n- Experience designing and working with RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.\n\n- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).\n\n- Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL
