high-value exploratory testing.\n\n- Document detailed test reports and maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding release readiness and potential risks.\n\nRequired Skillset :\n\n- Demonstrated proficiency in manual testing methodologies, including test planning, execution, and defect tracking within an Agile environment.\n\n- Strong technical foundation in Java, with the ability to read and debug code to assist developers in identifying the source of failures.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Selenium for web automation and Postman for API validation, showcasing an ability to build scalable testing frameworks.\n\n- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical team members.\n\n- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment in Gurugram, maintaining high attention to detail under tight release deadlines.\n\n- A Bachelors degree in
