Balancing supply and demand (Ensuring maximum service with optimization of Inventory).\nResponsibilities\nExecute all supply chain planning related work for Channel / Product line.\nS&OP of Product group, capacity booking and Monthly Input/output Control.\nPerforms forecasts of product demand to meet market needs.\nPlan and prepare production schedule based on forecasts to satisfy customer demand.\nInterface with sales to acquire information on future orders, market trends and extraordinary circumstances.\nEstablish Supply Delivery Conditions, Procedures and Parameter Values.\nAnalysis and monitoring of customer service and Stockout, Flow KPIs like Prodperf, Supperf, Mfg Leadtime and related improvement actions.\nMaintaining SC related fields in various masters in MAPICS, SCSS, SO99+ and OMPS and Central Prodmast & Inventory management for FGS and Mfg stock items.\nExecution of MRP, Procurement Order & Supply Schedules (Call-offs) issue.\nEstablish Supply Channel contracts which considers delivery condition, procedure and parameter values. \nRepresent Supply Chain in external as well as internal audits.\nMetrics\nInventory management for Product line.\nCustomer service balance for Product line\nProduct Forecasting and Capacity booking for Product line.\nImplementation of global supply chain strategies for Product line\nCompetencies\nStrong analytical, planning and organizational skills \nStrong interpersonal and communications skills (oral & written) \nSelf-starter with ability to work independently under pressure and react quickly to changing priorities \nKnowledge and understanding of Supply Chain concepts and application\nCandidate Profile\nBachelor of engineering Mechanical/Production/Industrial engineering\n5+ years of experience in the relevant
