The activities under this include: \nPlan and execute monthly collection targets\nStreamline Order to Cash process by clearly defining SOP and timelines.\nmonitoring of all ageing reports; track collections pan India\nConflict resolution and managing reconciliations\nCross functional representation to customers from financial perspective\nAdvise on credit limits and new requests for credits and payment terms\nManage the Credit hold process\nApprove the Product credit notes\nEvaluate and analyse bad debts risk \nLiaise with Central Finance for timely and accurate accounting of collections\nMIS reports on Receivables\nMaintenance of Security Deposits and Bank Guarantees for the Unit.\nControl and management of Letter of credits pertaining to the Unit.\nDealers Incentive Schemes Monitoring and Pay outs; Governance between SKF & AID\nCoordinate and support in all Internal, External and Tax Audits\nAccounts payables management for the Unit.\nService Invoicing for all Services.\nAccounting entries of the Unit (including relevant journal vouchers)\nMonthly reporting into SKF’s reporting module. (EPM)\nKey Performance Indicators\nAgeing of Receivables as per SKF’s norms - monthly\nDSO - monthly\nReserve for Doubtful Debts (RDD) - monthly\nCredit limit review. - per year\nAudit conformance measures and total compliance.\nEducation & Experience\nCA, ICWA or MBA in Commerce/Finance.
