Excellent at managing relationships, listening, and relating to others. \nKey Skill & Knowledge Profile:\nExpertise in Design and Development (5 to 8 years)\nAble to design and develop components, assemblies considering application requirement\nKnowledge on incorporating manufacturing process methodology\nKnowledge on form, fit & functions of a product;\nExperience in Metrology & Metallurgical activities;\nKnowledge in application of measurement principles for manufacturing & other process;\nKnowledge on Material behavior properties (Metals. Alloys, castings, Plastics);\nAbility to apply DFM & DFA guidelines.\nKnowledge in manufacturing process capability.\nKnowledge of DFMEA\nHave basic knowledge on FEA\nUnderstanding of Project Management & its value to the business processes\n\nExpertise in Creo (2 to 3 Years)\nAbility to develop 3D models from digitized data.\nProficient in advanced Modeling, Assembly and Detailing techniques.\nAwareness to Design Automation, Map keys, UDF’s, Pro-Programming, Pro-Toolkit.\nShould be expertise in creating templates, Part & Assembly detailing.\nExperience in creating Parametric BOM, symbols.\nExperience in working with Relations.\nWorking with resolving failures (Eg.Reorder, redefine, reroute).\n\nProficiency in using Windchill or Any PLM (2 to 3 years)\nExperience in using Advanced search options.\nAssociation between CAD documents and Product structure ( WT Part, EPM Doc, WT Doc).\nUnderstanding on Lifecycle states and Workflow followed.\nShould be aware of attribute descriptions in windchill.\nProficiency in applying GD&T /Geometric Product Specification (GPS)\nGood Knowledge on Engineering Drawings Dimension & tolerancing.\nGood understanding on usage of datums in GD&T /GPS.\nKnowledge on form, fit & functions of a product;\nKnowledge on design standards (ASME, DIN, etc).\nGood knowledge on Basic rules of tolerance stack up analysis.\nSkill to do 2D tolerance stack up analysis for parts.\nKnowledge on Materials, Heat treatment & Finishing operation\nMaterial properties (Yield strength, FOS, Ultimate strength, Ultimate strength etc).\nMaterial behavior (static and dynamic conditions).\nKnowledge on different heat treatment processes and its effects.\nKnowledge on material testing methods.\nKnowledge on coatings and its uses.\nKnowledge in
