The Enterprise Architect has the responsibility for ensuring the completeness (fit-for-purpose) of SKF Enterprise Architecture to help SKF meet objectives and will be required to manage risks, benefits, costs of various choices in a communicative way.\nThe Enterprise Architect & Digital Innovation team have a Business focus and functionally lead group of the Domain and Business Area Architects as well as support Solution Architects related to strategic initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain the SKF Architecture “Concept model” and Framework\nDeveloping and maintaining various architecture artifacts, including baseline and target architectures and architecture roadmaps.\nPerform Architectural design and documentation at Enterprise Level\nProduce enterprise architecture and related views to support the needs of decisions makers at strategy and portfolio level\nPerform Architecture assessments, analysis and reviews of strategic initiatives.\nPerforming architecture governance tasks.\nSupport Business Areas, Domains and strategic initiatives \nUnderstand and interpret requirements from various stakeholders\nCreate useful models based on requirements that adhere to architectural guidelines and principles\nEducate and drive the organization towards higher Architecture maturity and capability-based planning\nAssure correctness and completeness of produced architecture\nActively contribute and develop the SKF architecture community\nRequirements\nOverall, 15 plus years of experience \nBA/MSc in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field\nManagerial-, leader- or other relevant experience from a Global enterprise\nExperience in Architecture frameworks, methods and tools and in building actionable architectures\nProven experience of Technology enabled Business transformation\nEffective in verbal, written and graphical communication \nProven ability to collaborate cross functions and organizations\nFluent in spoken and written English\nSKF is committed to creating a diverse environment, and we firmly believe that a diverse workforce is essential for our continued success.
