This role supports the business by handling inside sales activities, providing back-office support to the sales team and ensuring smooth daily office operations. The position helps generate leads, assist customers remotely, manage sales processes, and will be the first point of contact for customer and sales, ensuring responsive and professional experience.\nKey responsibilities:\n1) SALES SUPPORT:\nProcess customer inquiries, prepare and submit accurate quotations including commercial & technical clarifications through customer’s e-procurement portals and email, check pricing, discounts, rebates, and margin guardrails; track approvals and archive versions.\nHandle sales order booking, processing, amendment, shipping, invoicing and credit management in ERP system (SAP), and maintain high-quality data in systems and tools.\nCommunicate commercial and technical clarification of inquiries and orders with customers and internal departments.\nProvide timely and accurate information on lead times, order status, availability, and logistics, and coordinate deliveries and support complex logistics scenarios across the region.\nManage PO, contract, quotation, and related documentation; support tender submissions (forms, certificates, signatures); ensure proper version control.\nAct as back-office point of contact when field sales team is unavailable; handle basic technical inquiries and routed advanced technical inquiries to Application Engineering; log and track issues to closure.\nMonitor A/R aging and customer credit limits; prevent credit-hold situations through early alerts, payment follow-ups with Finance, and pre-clearance for large orders; update CRM with credit status.\n2) INSIDE SALES:\nLead generation using advanced technology tools. Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources. Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references and tradeshows, etc.\nMaking outbound calls/email to understand client needs and offering solutions with support from internal teams.\nCreate, update, and maintain a structured database of prospective clients (CRM/C4C, Excel)\nPresent and deliver product or solution information to potential clients in a clear and structured way.\nResponse promptly to the leads received from all channels and follow up until progression or closure.\nFollow up with the customers to be in-line with the order stage.\nBe in closely connect with the Sales Team, Key Accounts, Product Sales Team & end users to build pipeline and secure orders.\nJoin virtual meetings and occasional internal meetings when required (no regular customer visits).\nInitiate Material database Verification with the end users wherever required.\nProactively engage customers throughout the order life cycle to ensure smooth and professional experience.\nExecute initiatives to increase order bookings from end customers.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical/Industrial Engineering are preferred.\nFresh graduate up to 3 years of experience in Sales Admin or Sales Support roles, Experience working with industrial products is preferred.\nProficiency in MS Office;
