Responsible for conducting daily cycle counts of the channels, issuance of materials both raw and semi-finished to the production areas, reconciliation of issued out materials and the initiation of Lean activities for the accuracy of inventory across various locations within the manufacturing facilities. Receives, organizes, and manages the flow of raw material to the production area.\nDuties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):\nAllocates materials, creates, and prints manufacturing orders \nConducts daily counts, reconciliation, and reviews potential variances. Conducts root cause analysis.\nInvestigates and resolves errors and/or discrepancies with inventory and communicate with appropriate functional area.\nMonitors inventory levels of raw materials and semi-finished goods using both ERP system and visual management system.\nAnalyzes data for continuous process improvements\nPulls components needed for Channels.\nStocks MRO cabinets for Channels.\nMoves all purchased components from receiving and stocks in designated areas.\nStocks bags, boxes or any packaging items needed for the Channel.\nSupports activities to meet 5S goals.\nMinimum Education/Experience Required:\nRequires a high school diploma or equivalent, or related field. 1-3 years experience in warehousing, inventory management, or shipping & receiving.
