Our production group, technologies, & products are at the heart of aerospace industry and the world’s leading aircraft jet engine & gearbox manufacturers at our Falconer, NY location.\nKey Responsibilities\nThe analysis includes, but is not limited to: cleanliness rating, carbide rating, gra in size rating, retained austenite measurement, residual stress measurement, hardness measurement and macro etch.\nComputer programming as it pertains to lab efficiency improvements, skills in MS Access, Word, Excel and Visual Basic.\nMaintaining lab cleanliness, reordering supplies, and maintaining lab samples and lab records.\nJob Requirements\nThe position requires a minimum of an Associate Degree or equivalent experience in a technical field. Courses in chemistry, metallurgy, and Heat Treatment are preferred.\nTwo to Three (3) years experience in engineering or a manufacturing environment.
