Better Tomorrow in Motion.\nPeople Operations Specialist - Austria\nAs a PX Operations Specialist, you will support employees and managers across the full employee lifecycle, with a primary focus on Austria as part of the DACH PX Operations Team. You will play an important role in delivering high-quality HR services, ensuring smooth HR processes, accurate employee data, and a positive employee experience.\nThis is also a unique opportunity to join the DACH PX Service Hub during an exciting phase of growth and transformation. You will help shape new ways of working, support process standardization, and contribute to building a future-ready PX Operations organization.\nKey responsibilities\nManage Time & Attendance activities in UKG, including shift administration and data accuracy checks.\nSupport key HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, and HR query resolution.\nProvide day-to-day support to employees, managers, and HR partners across the DACH region.\nMaintain and audit employee data in HR systems, ensuring data quality and compliance.\nPrepare employment-related documents, including contracts, amendments, certificates, and confirmations.\nProcess requests and workflows through HR service platforms while ensuring agreed service levels are met.\nEnsure compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and HR procedures.\nImplement continuous improvement initiatives and support the standardization of HR services across the region.\nWhat we're looking for\nExperience in HR Operations, HR Administration, People Services, or Employee Lifecycle Management.\nFluency in German and English.\nExperience supporting employees and managers in German-speaking countries; DACH experience is a plus.\nGood understanding of HR administration processes, employee documentation, and Time & Attendance activities.\nSolid customer service mindset, attention to detail, and organizational skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment.\nExperience with HR systems (e.g. SuccessFactors, UKG) and Microsoft Office.\nA proactive, collaborative, and continuous improvement-oriented approach.\nOur Offer\nAn exciting global and regional working environment where trust, engagement, and change are key values\nA modern, dynamic working environment in our new Poznan office, where engaged people work together to build the future People Experience organization\nCompetitive salary including annual bonus\nBenefits: private medical care, MyBenefit cafeteria, private life insurance, lunch card, sponsored language courses, co-financed training, holiday funds, employee referral program\nTeam building events and CSR initiatives\nA hybrid model of work\nAdditional information\nThis position will be located in Poznań, Poland on local contract.
