Position Title: Pricing Performance & Analytics Manager

Reports To: Pricing Lead ISEAM

Role Type: Individual Contribution

Location: Pune

Job Responsibilities

Pricing Performance Management

Own the regional pricing performance management framework and governance process.

Establish, monitor, and drive achievement of pricing KPIs related to revenue, margin, price realization, and profitability.

Lead regular business reviews with commercial and pricing leaders to assess performance against targets.

Identify performance gaps and drive corrective actions with accountable stakeholders.

Escalate risks and barriers impacting pricing performance and ensure timely resolution.

Track execution of agreed actions and measure business impact.

Pricing Strategy Execution & Value Realization

Drive implementation and adoption of pricing strategies across countries and business units.

Partner with sales, product management, and finance teams to ensure pricing initiatives translate into measurable revenue and margin improvement.

Monitor realization of approved pricing actions and intervene when results fall below expectations.

Lead initiatives to improve pricing discipline, compliance, and commercial effectiveness.

Ensure pricing decisions align with strategic growth and profitability objectives.

Reporting, Governance & Decision Support

Own executive pricing dashboards, scorecards, and performance review processes.

Establish and enforce standardized pricing metrics and reporting methodologies across regions.

Drive a single source of truth for pricing, profitability, and realization performance.

Provide leadership with performance-based recommendations and clear actions required to achieve targets.

Lead governance forums and facilitate decision-making on pricing priorities and performance improvement opportunities.

Profitability & Deal Governance

Own profitability monitoring across customers, products, and commercial segments.

Identify margin erosion, pricing leakage, and unprofitable business trends and drive remediation plans.

Partner with commercial teams to improve deal profitability and pricing discipline.

Review strategic pricing and commercial decisions to ensure alignment with profitability objectives.

Drive accountability for margin improvement commitments and targeted outcomes.

Price Increase Management

Own tracking and governance of annual and strategic price increase programs.

Monitor realization of SPR, ARC, and List Price initiatives and ensure delivery of planned outcomes.

Challenge regions and commercial teams on exception management and realization performance.

Lead analysis and action planning to improve customer adoption and reduce value leakage.

Support development and execution of annual pricing strategies to maximize realization and profitability.

Forecasting & Business Planning

Own pricing forecasts and profitability outlooks for the region.

Develop scenario models to support pricing decisions, investment priorities, and business planning.

Quantify risks and opportunities and recommend actions required to achieve financial targets.

Partner with Finance and Commercial leadership to incorporate pricing performance into business forecasts and operating plans.

Data Governance & Continuous Improvement

Own pricing data governance standards and KPI definitions.

Drive data quality improvement initiatives to strengthen decision-making and business confidence.

Partner with system administrators and business stakeholders to address data integrity issues and process gaps.

Lead automation and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance pricing effectiveness, transparency, and responsiveness.
