regional pricing performance management framework and governance process.\nEstablish, monitor, and drive achievement of pricing KPIs related to revenue, margin, price realization, and profitability.\nLead regular business reviews with commercial and pricing leaders to assess performance against targets.\nIdentify performance gaps and drive corrective actions with accountable stakeholders.\nEscalate risks and barriers impacting pricing performance and ensure timely resolution.\nTrack execution of agreed actions and measure business impact.\nPricing Strategy Execution & Value Realization\nDrive implementation and adoption of pricing strategies across countries and business units.\nPartner with sales, product management, and finance teams to ensure pricing initiatives leakage.\nSupport development and execution of annual pricing strategies to maximize realization and profitability.\nForecasting & Business Planning\nOwn pricing forecasts and profitability outlooks for the region.\nDevelop scenario models to support pricing decisions, investment priorities, and business planning.\nQuantify risks and opportunities and recommend actions required to achieve
