The position performs as bridges technical engineering and management, focusing on how things get built, working with project manager supporting on overall strategy, cost, and timelines. Key elements of this profile include technical execution, cross-team coordination, and quality control. The position will be part of ISEAM Large Project Management team and will work for the whole ISEAM country as regional role.\nProject Engineer - Project Management\nTechnical oversight: Reviewing design drawings, specifications, and compliance standards.\nSite coordination: Linking field workers, contractors, and design teams.\nProcess tracking: Monitoring daily progress, requests for information (RFIs), and material submittals.\nProblem solving: Resolving on-site design or material conflicts quickly.\nCommunication: Translating complex data between technical teams and clients.\nDocumentation: Managing technical logs, test reports, and schedule updates.\nSupport Sales : Coordinate with service sales teams in ISEAM to ensure budgeting and delivery on-time.\nAdministrative Management\nProject management for Projects / Large Projects following purchase order received.\nHandle documentation, reports, and correspondence related to service operations.\nManaging customer master data, including customer records, contact information\nCollaborate effectively with internal teams, demonstrating strong teamwork and relationship-building in alignment with SKF’s core values.\nAssist in preparing proposals, quotations, and customer documentation as needed.\nAssist in internal and external audits related to operations and administration.\nEducation & Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineer or related field.\n5-8 years of experience in project management (preferably in manufacturing industries such as Oil and Gas, Energy, Heavy Industry)\nStrong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills.\nHigh level of integrity, reliability, and accountability\nExcellent communication and problem-solving abilities.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ERP or CRM systems\nExperience working with ServiceMax and SAP Sales & Distribution modules will be advantageous.\nStrong analytical and service mindset and attention to
