Pune\nJob Responsibilities\n Performance Management & Reporting (QEHS + SPS Daily Management)\nMonitor and report Quality, Safety, Environment and Energy KPIs, including number of complaints justified, CoNQ, recordable accidents, first aid, near misses, unsafe conditions/behaviors and energy/environmental metrics.\nProvide integrated visibility on operational risks, customer impact and performance trends.\nEmbed reporting into SPS Daily Management (level meetings, KPI boards, escalation routines).\nSupport weekly pulse reviews with data-driven insights for decision-making.\n Governance & Management Systems (Integrated QMS + EHS + SPS)\nEstablish, implement and maintain SKF EHS and SKF Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.\nEnsure alignment with company policies, procedures and standards.\nDrive management reviews, compliance tracking and system effectiveness.\nIntegrate SPS governance through standard work, process discipline and daily Environment and Energy risks (RA, JSA, MOC, machine safety)\nDrive root cause analysis (RCA), CAPA and incident investigations.\nEmbed SPS problem solving methods such as A3 and Lean tools\nEnsure elimination of recurrence and reduction of operational risks.\nTraining, Awareness & Competency Development\nDeliver training on Quality tools, EHS practices and risk awareness.\nBuild competencies in
