This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in condition monitoring technologies and a proven track record in sales.\nKey Accountabilities\nIdentify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling.\nIdentify opportunities that can be supported by SKF’s key platforms\nDevelop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.\nPresent and demonstrate condition monitoring products and services to prospective clients.\nUnderstand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.\nNegotiate and close sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.\nStay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.\nCollaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.\nPrepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to management.\nJob Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.\nProven experience in sales, preferably in condition monitoring or a related industry.\nStrong understanding of condition monitoring technologies and their applications.\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.\nAbility to build and maintain strong client relationships.\nSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.\nProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.\nAbility to travel 50-75% of the time in US and Canada\nIf applying for a position in Canada, Fluency in French a plus\nMust live close to a major airport\nWhat You’ll Love About SKF:\nRest and Relaxation.
