Service Solution Sales Manager
to expand SKF’s service portfolio across France as part of the Europe North West (ENW) region.
This role is focused on new business development, identifying, qualifying, and converting high-value service opportunities into long-term customer partnerships across priority industries and accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and secure new high-value service business opportunities
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities in C4C
- Engage customers to position value-based service solutions
- Map organisations to identify decision-makers and influencers
- Develop business cases demonstrating customer value
- Develop structured account and opportunity plans to replicate successful solutions
- Guide opportunities from discovery through to closure
- Ensure an effective transition into delivery and identify follow-on opportunities to maximise lifetime customer value
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, service delivery, and partners
- Maintain clear pipeline discipline, forecasting, and reporting
Key requirements
- Demonstrated experience in new business development (“hunting”)
- Solid consultative / solution selling capability
- Experience in complex industrial or service sales environments
- High level of proactivity, drive, and a structured approach
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken
- Ability to travel to visit customers on a regular basis

Some additional information
The position is located in Saint Cyr sur Loire, France, on local contract. Regular travel to customer sites are expected.
