This role ensures customer orders are processed safely, accurately, and on time while following company procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\nReceive, unload, inspect, and process incoming materials.\nAccurately pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment.\nPerform inventory transactions using WMS and RF scanners.\nMove materials safely throughout the warehouse using forklifts and material handling equipment. (MOST)\nVerify product quantities, lot numbers, and documentation for accuracy and traceability.\nAssist with cycle counts and inventory audits.\nMaintain warehouse organization and housekeeping.\nFollow all safety and quality procedures.\nCustomer / Stakeholder Engagement\nCommunicate inventory, shipping, and receiving issues to appropriate departments.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nSupport warehouse and operational goals through teamwork and communication.\nOperational Excellence\nMeet productivity, quality, and safety expectations.\nMaintain inventory accuracy through proper transaction processing.\nParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives.\nStrategic Communication\nComplete required warehouse documentation and system transactions accurately\nReport discrepancies, delays, equipment issues, and safety concerns promptly.\nQualifications\nEducation: High School Diploma or GED required.\nExperience: 1-3 years of warehouse, shipping, receiving, or distribution experience preferred.\nTechnical Skills: Basic computer skills; experience with WMS, and RF scanners preferred.\nOther Requirements:\nAbility to operate forklifts or obtain certification.\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.\nAttention to detail.\nAbility to work overtime as needed.\nTravel Requirements\nNone\nWhat You’ll Love About SKF:\nSKF Waukegan, an SKF Group Company, is willing to train individuals who are looking for a great working environment, wonderful benefits, and opportunity to grow!\nRest and Relaxation.
