We are looking for passionate individuals who are eager to explore uncharted waters and contribute to our innovative projects.\nPosition Overview\nWe are seeking a Robotics Engineer to own our teleop systems. Teleoperation is a key source of the data that trains our models, and you will make it more reliable and capable over time. You will be the first point of contact when teleop issues block data collection, and you will continuously evaluate and integrate the latest teleop hardware and software, from VR headsets and trackers to retargeting methods, robot end-effectors, and beyond. You will work at the frontier of robot teleoperation, helping define how humans teach robots at scale.\nThis is a hands-on role at the center of our data engine.
