We are looking for passionate individuals who are eager to explore uncharted waters and contribute to our innovative projects.\nPosition Overview\nWe are looking for a Robotics Quality Assurance Engineer to own test case management, new-feature testing, and regression testing across our full-stack robotics solutions. Partnering with Engineering, you will build and maintain automated regression across software modules, simulation, hardware-in-the-loop (HIL), and SW/HW interfaces, so that every new feature is verified against its requirements and every software update is validated from the component level up to the full robot before it reaches the fleet. This is a hands-on role working every day with some of the most advanced robots in the world, putting the Skild Brain through its paces on real hardware, in simulation, and on HIL rigs, and helping decide when new capabilities are ready for customers.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain full-stack regression coverage across software components, HIL, and SW/HW interfaces, including happy-path, fault-injection, and recovery testing.\nReview requirements and designs for each release, write test plans and test cases for new features, and execute functional, integration, and on-robot testing before they ship, then promote validated tests into the regression suite.\nBuild automated end-to-end tests, plus logged-data replay and scenario suites that catch performance drift across stack updates before release.\nChoose and apply the right type of robot simulation for each level of test automation, balancing speed, fidelity, and accuracy.\nOwn test cases and their traceability to requirements, define pass/fail criteria, and triage failures with engineering teams.\nIntegrate regression into CI so every release is validated at both the software and full-robot level ahead of fleet rollout.\nPartner with engineering teams to expand HIL coverage.\nWork with deployment teams to reproduce field-reported regressions and turn them into permanent regression tests.\nRequired Qualifications\nBS or MS in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience in software testing, robotics, or test automation;
