Infrastructure & Microsoft 365\nAdminister Microsoft 365: users, groups, licensing, permissions, and authentication\nManage Microsoft Entra ID, MFA, and identity and access controls\nSupport Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive\nOwn onboarding, offboarding, provisioning, and account lifecycle\nMaintain asset, access, and configuration documentation and coordinate with vendors\nServer & Systems Administration\nAdminister and troubleshoot a mix of on-premises and hosted Windows and Linux servers\nHandle patching, updates, storage, services, and secure remote administration\nMonitor You Bring\nRequired\nStrong experience across IT infrastructure, systems administration, and network engineering\nHands-on Microsoft 365 administration, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive\nStrong Windows Server administration plus practical Linux experience\nExperience managing physical, hosted, and remotely administered servers\nDeep knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, switching, routing, subnetting, NAT, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, VPN, and segmentation\nPacket capture, traffic analysis, bandwidth estimation, and capacity planning skills\nExperience with wired, wireless, fiber, and cellular networks\nExperience supporting connected devices such as controllers, cameras, gateways, or IoT equipment\nWorking knowledge of MFA, TLS/certificates, and infrastructure security\nStrong documentation and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and remotely\nAdvanced English proficiency, both written and spoken\nPreferred\nDegree in IT, Computer
