You will help ensure that servers, storage, networks and supporting facilities operate securely and reliably.\nYou will work closely with infrastructure teams, facilities specialists and external vendors to resolve incidents, deliver changes and maintain service availability.\nKey responsibilities\nInstall, configure and maintain servers, storage systems and network equipment.\n\nPerform rack-and-stack activities, hardware replacements and structured cabling.\n\nMonitor infrastructure health, investigate faults and coordinate incident resolution.\n\nSupport operating system maintenance, patching and hardware lifecycle management.\n\nCarry out approved changes using documented procedures, validation checks and rollback plans.\n\nSupport backup, recovery and disaster recovery activities.\n\nMaintain asset inventories, rack layouts, cabling records and operational documentation.\n\nCoordinate with facilities teams on power, cooling, environmental monitoring and physical security.\n\nWork with vendors on maintenance, equipment deliveries and hardware support.\n\nFollow access controls, safety procedures and change management processes.\n\nParticipate in scheduled maintenance and on-call support where required.\n\nRequired qualifications\nRelevant experience in data center operations, infrastructure support or a similar technical role.\n\nHands-on knowledge of server hardware, storage and networking fundamentals.\n\nExperience with Linux and/or Windows Server environments.\n\nUnderstanding of virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V or KVM.\n\nFamiliarity with fiber and copper cabling, rack infrastructure and hardware diagnostics.\n\nUnderstanding of incident management, change management and operational documentation.\n\nStrong troubleshooting, communication and organizational skills.\n\nAbility to work independently and collaborate with technical teams and vendors.\n\nProfessional working proficiency in English.\n\nPreferred qualifications\nExperience with SAN/NAS storage, backup platforms or disaster recovery testing.\n\nFamiliarity with infrastructure monitoring and Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) tools.\n\nScripting or automation experience using PowerShell, Bash, Python or Ansible.\n\nExposure to cloud connectivity and hybrid infrastructure.\n\nRelevant certifications in networking, servers, virtualization or IT service
