You will be responsible for designing end-to-end automation workflows that not only increase operational efficiency but also enhance data accuracy, reduce risk, and support strategic growth.\nThis role demands a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of both systems and processes. You’ll be expected to evaluate and recommend the right tools and technologies (such as RPA platforms, scripting languages, and cloud services), implement secure and robust integrations between systems, and establish standards and best practices for automation development and governance.\nResponsibilities include:\nDesign, develop, and maintain automated systems and solutions for web, mobile and backend applications.\n\nIdentify and analyse business processes suitable for automation using tools such as Python, Power Automate, UiPath, Selenium, or equivalent.\n\nDevelop and maintain automated testing frameworks using frameworks such as Playwright and Cucumber.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand automation requirements and optimize ex- isting systems.\n\nCreate and maintain test scripts, software tools, and automated processes using Java, Python, or Node.js.\n\nConduct feasibility studies and assist in the implementation of automation strategies.\n\nSupport manual QA team members in automation adoption.\n\nMonitor test execution reports and provide quality metrics.\n\nDocument automation processes, methodologies, and best practices.\n\nWhat we are looking for:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).\n\nProven experience (3-5 years) in automation engineering or related roles.\n\nStrong proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Java, Python, and Node.js.\n\nHands-on experience with automation frameworks like Playwright, Selenium, or similar tools.\n\nExperience with version control systems like Git.\n\nBasic to intermediate SQL knowledge.\n\nKnowledge of Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and automation tools.\n\nExcellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.\n\nAbility to work independently and in a team environment.\n\nStrong communication skills, both written and verbal.\n\nKnowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.\n\nWhat's in it for YOU?\nExcellent work environment\n\nMonetary vouchers on Birthdays and other special occasions\n\nFully equipped kitchen and in-house entertaining space\n\nEligibility to enrol in Company's medical insurance plan\n\nEligibility to enrol in Company's pension plan\n\nExciting company activities including monthly lunches, corporate gatherings, an intercompany football team, competitions, and many other activities\n\nCasual dress code\n\nA chance to advance professionally inside one of the world's largest iGaming organisations\n\nWhat Life at SkillOnNet is like!\nSkillOnNet is a firm believer in putting people first and our “family oriented” multinational culture is what drives us.
