Based in Athens, you will be responsible for driving commercial performance, developing and executing local marketing and brand strategies tailored to the Greek market, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring alignment with local market dynamics and regulatory requirements.\nWorking closely with local and central teams, you will strengthen our market position, drive customer acquisition and retention, and deliver sustainable, long-term growth in Greece’s competitive online gaming landscape.\nResponsibilities include:\nMarketing Strategy, Brand & Commercial Performance\nDevelop and implement local marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.\n\nOwn the marketing budget, optimize spend, and deliver agreed marketing and commercial KPIs as well as financial targets.\n\nOversee marketing campaigns, promotions, and media plans, ensuring effective execution within approved budgets and timelines.\n\nManage relationships with creative and media agencies, ensuring high-quality delivery against objectives.\n\nMonitor business performance, customer acquisition, campaign effectiveness, and brand health KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.\n\nPrepare business forecasts, including marketing spend and customer acquisition projections.\n\nCollaborate with central Marketing, CRM, and Business Intelligence (BI) teams to optimize performance and inform strategic decisions.\n\nMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to strengthen brand positioning and identify opportunities for brand development and partnerships.\n\nProduct, Operations & Compliance\nCoordinate with central product, operational, and functional teams to deliver local business priorities.\n\nCommunicate market requirements, provide product feedback, and recommend improvements to the customer proposition and experience.\n\nWork closely with the in-house compliance team to coordinate local compliance requirements and submissions, ensuring marketing activities and business operations comply with applicable regulations and internal policies.\n\nIdentify potential compliance risks and escalate issues to the relevant stakeholders.\n\nTeam Leadership & Stakeholder Management\nLead and coordinate the local marketing team, setting priorities, allocating responsibilities, and ensuring delivery against agreed plans.\n\nManage onboarding, performance reviews, and team development, fostering an accountable and collaborative culture.\n\nProvide regular business updates, forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to internal stakeholders and shareholders.\n\nWhat we are looking for:\nProven experience in a senior commercial, marketing, or country management role, ideally within the iGaming or online gaming industry.\n\nStrong understanding of digital marketing, customer acquisition, CRM, retention, and online business performance.\n\nDemonstrated ability to manage large scale marketing budgets, forecasts, and commercial and brand KPIs.\n\nStrong creative mindset, ability to develop creative briefs and evaluate creative ideation and production.\n\nStrong analytical skills, with the ability to translate performance data, market research, and competitor insights into actionable strategies.\n\nExperience managing agencies, cross-functional stakeholders, and local teams, including recruitment and performance management.\n\nGood understanding of the regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to online gaming.\n\nExcellent communication, organizational, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.\n\nA proactive, commercially minded, hands-on approach, combining strategic thinking with effective day-to-day execution.\n\nWhat's in it for YOU?\nExcellent work environment\n\nHybrid working model\n\nExciting company activities\n\nCasual dress code\n\nA chance to advance professionally inside one of the world's largest iGaming organisations\n\nWhat Life at SkillOnNet is like!\nSkillOnNet is a firm believer in putting people first and our “family oriented” multinational culture is what drives us.
