The role will focus on digital journey transformation, process re-engineering, automation, STP, and delivering scalable solutions in collaboration with business and technology teams.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Own and enhance end-to-end Consumer Durable lending journeys across onboarding, loan origination, servicing, and collections.\n\n- Drive digital journey design, process re-engineering, automation, and Straight-Through Processing (STP) to improve customer experience and turnaround time.\n\n- Translate business requirements into scalable product solutions, functional requirements, user stories, and product roadmaps.\n\n- Manage product backlog, prioritization, sprint planning, Agile/Scrum ceremonies, UAT, releases, and post-production enhancements.\n\n- Work closely with Business, Risk, Operations, Technology, and external partners to deliver digital lending capabilities.\n\n- Drive integrations with LOS, LMS, CRM, APIs, fintech platforms, payment systems, and partner ecosystems.\n\n- Map customer journeys, identify process gaps and drop-offs, and implement improvements across the digital lending lifecycle.\n\n- Define and track product KPIs including conversion, drop-offs, TAT, STP rate, digital penetration, and customer experience metrics.\n\n- Prepare BRDs, user stories, functional specifications, acceptance criteria, and support UAT and release management.\n\n- Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of product initiatives and integrations.\n\n- Identify opportunities for automation, digitization, and process optimization across lending operations.\n\nRequirements:\n\n- 2 -
