Learn more to see if Skillz is the right fit for your next career move!\nResponsibilities\nDaily operations and hospitality (per Global Experience Standards)\nBuilding operations \nProgram execution\nNew hire on-site experience\nTown hall, all-hands, and future MKOon-site execution\nFood and beverage program\nSurvey and feedback\nStakeholder liaison\nKey Competencies \nBuilds strong relationships with vendors and landlords while holding building and catering partners accountable.\nCreates thoughtful hospitality and new hire experiences that make day one feel welcoming and personal.\nPlans events and cultural programming with a strong understanding of the local India context.\nBrings cultural fluency to India’s festival calendar, including appropriate treats, décor, and celebrations.\nKnows the Bangalore vendor landscape across catering, AV, event facilitation, wellness, photography, and gaming supplies.\nNavigates Tablespace or similar workspaces, including service desks, shared amenities, and landlord escalation paths.\nExecutes town halls and all-hands meetings within established playbooks, coordinating AV, catering, run-of-show, and post-event recaps.\nCollaborates across time zones with LAS HQ while owning routine work independently.\nWorks confidently through ambiguity, knowing when to act independently and when to escalate to the Hiring Manager.\nPrioritizes multiple demands in a fast-paced, distributed environment.\nCommunicates clearly in writing and conversation, including with senior LAS stakeholders.\nUses data to track surveys, SLAs, and budgets in Google Sheets.\nWorks effectively with Google Calendar, Slack, and Jira service desk.\nManages budgets for office operations, programming, and projects, tracking variance and allocation against approved budgets.\nExperience \n2 - 3 years in office experience, workplace operations, hospitality, or administrative support in a corporate or tech environment.\nBangalore or India-based corporate office experience strongly preferred.\nEvent planning or coordination experience (internal events, vendor-managed activities, or hospitality).\nVendor coordination exposure (catering, building, supplies, AV) preferred.\nDistributed or multi-site organization experience with HQ in a different time zone.\nBudget tracking familiarity helpful, not required at hire.\nGoogle Workspace, Slack, Confluence, and Jira proficiency preferred; willingness to learn the rest.\nProfessional fluency in English required; conversational comfort in a local Indian language preferred.\nLocation: Bengaluru, Karnataka \nWhy Skillz?\nCulture of Impact: Join a united team of builders, creators, innovators, and entrepreneurs driven by the desire to win.
