This role blends creative excellence with technical rigor-translating brand vision into manufacturable, compliant, and best-in-class packaging solutions.\nYou will partner closely with Product Development, Brand, Creative, Regulatory, and Operations to deliver packaging that is both iconic and operationally sound.\nKey Responsibilities\n\nPackaging Design & Development\nLiaise with senior packaging designer on primary and secondary packaging across all beauty categories.\nTranslate brand strategy and product briefs into distinctive, functional packaging concepts.\nDevelop dielines, structures, and artwork in collaboration with packaging designer, engineering and suppliers.\nBrand Expression & Visual Excellence\nEnsure all packaging reflects SKIMS Beauty’s visual identity, tone, and premium positioning.\nPartner with Creative and Brand to evolve packaging systems and design standards.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nWork closely with Product Development, Regulatory, Quality, and Operations to ensure packaging is compliant, scalable, and manufacturable.\nSupport packaging readiness for new product launches.\nTechnical Execution\nPrepare production-ready files, specs, and documentation.\nReview proofs, samples, and pre-production runs for accuracy and quality.\nVendor & Production Support\nPartner with packaging suppliers and manufacturers on feasibility, cost, and timelines.\nParticipate in vendor reviews, sampling, and troubleshooting.\n Sustainability & Innovation\nSupport sustainable packaging initiatives and material innovation.\nIdentify opportunities to improve functionality, cost, and environmental impact.\nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise\n4+ years of packaging development experience in beauty, cosmetics (strongly preferred), consumer products, or luxury goods.\nWorking knowledge of packaging materials, printing processes, and production workflows.\nExperience working cross-functionally in fast-paced product development environments.\nCore Competencies\nStrong design sensibility with attention to detail and craft\nHighly collaborative and cross-functional partner\nTechnically curious with strong production discipline\nOrganized, deadline-driven, and solutions-oriented\nPassion for beauty, design, and brand storytelling\n\nWhy Join SKIMS Beauty\n\nThis is an opportunity to help define the packaging language of a new global beauty platform.
