This role acts as an experienced peer leader-helping drive sales performance, providing informal guidance to team members, and ensuring operational tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. The SA is responsible for supporting smooth shift execution and operational excellence but does not hold final authority for hiring, scheduling, or policy decisions. \nReports To: Clinic Manager \nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS\nSales & Client Experience \nLead by example in achieving daily sales and conversion goals.\nDeliver exceptional client service by educating clients on products, memberships, and treatments.\nSupport clinic-wide retention and loyalty programs through relationship building and consistent follow-up.\nReinforce Skin Laundry’s service standards and brand values during every client interaction.\nOperational Execution \nSupport opening and closing procedures, including register reconciliation, invoice closeout, and clinic readiness.\nMaintain accurate inventory levels by assisting with restocking, receiving shipments, and product counts.\nEnsure cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards are consistently met.\nExecute operational checklists and compliance tasks as directed by the ACM or CM.\nTeam Support & Peer Leadership \nProvide on-the-floor coaching and real-time feedback to Sales Associates.\nSupport onboarding and training of new team members under ACM/CM guidance.\nAct as a point of contact for questions or issues during assigned shifts and escalate to leadership as appropriate.\nFoster a supportive, inclusive environment that encourages collaboration and growth.\nCompliance & Safety \nFollow and reinforce all operational policies and loss prevention procedures.\nReport any safety, compliance, or operational concerns promptly.\nMaintain professional conduct consistent with Skin Laundry’s standards of integrity and respect.\nMARGINAL FUNCTIONS\nParticipate in regional meetings, trainings, or team events as assigned.\nAssist with in-clinic activations, promotional events, or marketing initiatives.\nProvide occasional coverage for peer shifts to ensure continuous operations.\nREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES\nTechnical & Operational \nIntermediate knowledge of retail operations, POS systems, and cash handling.\nFamiliarity with Zenoti or similar scheduling and sales software.\nStrong product knowledge and passion for skincare and client education.\nInterpersonal & Leadership \nAdvanced interpersonal skills with the ability to coach peers and foster teamwork.\nStrong communication and problem-solving abilities.\nReliable, proactive, and accountable in daily execution.\nExperience & Education \nMinimum 1-2 years of retail, hospitality, or service experience required.\nLeadership or keyholder experience preferred.\nYou must be at least 18 years of age to apply\nTravel as an Opportunity\nTravel is not a requirement for this role but may occasionally involve providing support to neighboring stores during peak times or special events.\nFlexibility as a Strength\nThis role requires flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the demands of high-volume clinic environments.
