Merchant Success Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Merchant Success Associate. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the growth and success of our merchants. Working alongside our Merchant Success Managers you will:

-Help build programs for managing large numbers of merchants through automations and playbooks

-Help drive success through proactive outreach to merchants for consultation and mentoring on subscription best practices

-Help drive contract renewals

-Assist in ongoing quality assurance and testing of new features and documentation to drive merchant adoption

-Assist in accounting and collections as required.

Experience with Shopify is required, however this role is perfect for someone looking to get started with success and enterprise success experience is not required. All you need is a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and an eagerness to go above and beyond to ensure merchant success.
