Join our Technology team and you’ll discover that we’re constantly focused on real challenges as we build the tools that get things done for our members - quicker than you imagine.\nYou’ll play a key role in turning strategic ambitions into practical, deliverable solutions, influencing transformational change, collaborating closely with engineering and product teams, and embedding architecture into delivery to create meaningful, lasting impact.\n\nDesign end-to-end technology solutions aligned to enterprise architecture, strategy, and target-state capabilities\n\nPartner with product owners, delivery leads, and engineering teams to turn complex requirements into clear, actionable designs\n\nGuide and influence technical decisions, balancing short-term delivery with long-term sustainability\n\nProvide architectural governance and assurance across the delivery lifecycle\n\nIdentify risks, trade-offs, and opportunities to improve simplicity, reuse, and coherence\n\nChampion modern architecture approaches, including API-led integration, cloud-native design, and reusable platforms\n\nWe work in a hybrid way, balancing flexibility with collaboration.
