If you love helping people, staying organized, and creating great first impressions, this role is for you.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nWelcome guests warmly and provide prompt, friendly service\nAnswer questions about services, memberships, pricing, and events\nAssist with daycare, boarding, and grooming check-ins and check-outs\nManage bookings and reservations using Skiptown’s software\nProcess payments for services, memberships, and retail sales\nPromote Skiptown memberships, services, and special offers\nKeep the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and guest-ready\nCommunicate updates and important information between guests and team members\nDocument and escalate guest concerns or incidents as needed\nYou Might Be a Perfect Fit If:\nYou’re friendly, approachable, and love helping people (and pups!)\nYou thrive in a fast-paced environment where every day is different\nYou’re organized and can manage multiple tasks at once\nYou’re calm under pressure and great at problem-solving\nYou enjoy working as part of a collaborative team\nBonus if You Have:\nCustomer service, hospitality, or front desk/concierge experience\nExperience in a pet care environment or knowledge of pet services\nFamiliarity with scheduling or booking software\nMusts & Physical Requirements\nAbility to stand, walk, and move for extended periods during shifts\nAbility to safely lift and handle up to 30 lbs\nComfortable working in an environment with dogs, pet hair, and occasional messes\nWhat We Offer:\nMembership Perks to Skiptown\nCha-Ching Fridays!
