Job Title: Sr. Project Manager (AI voice bots)

Location: Bangalore (Onsite)

Work Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

Owner of end-to-end lifecycle of development and delivery of voice bots for Indian clients. Your role will include liaising with clients to understand the product requirements and managing internal stakeholders while developing and ensuring time bound project delivery.

The SPM is supposed to work closely with a few PMs in day to day tasks, helping them level up, front ending client communication for those accounts. The SPM is also expected to handle a few new projects individually.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Management

• Develop detailed project plans
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget

Stakeholder Communication

• Manage the relationship with the client and all internal stakeholders - Engineering team, designers and analytics team.
• Provide regular updates to clients and internal management

Risk Management

• Identify potential blockers in execution proactively and take measures to mitigate it or communicate to seek help

Quality Assurance

• Device robust processes for quality monitoring for all deliverables
• Ensure high-quality standards are met for all project deliverables
• Documentation and Reporting
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Prepare and deliver project reports

Experience:

• 8+ years’ experience as a project manager in the technology sector.
• Experience in AI or related fields is a must have.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with project management tools/software (e.g., Jira, Zoho).
• Experience in AI bots space, is technically sound, can handle client communications and can lead a team.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Masters in Business administration

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of AI technologies and frameworks.
• Experience with analytics tools like Excel, Metabase, Google Analytics and basic understanding of SQL
