looking for a driven Retail Store Manager to run the daily operations of our store.\nYou will lead your team, deliver an excellent customer experience, manage inventory, and hit sales targets in line with our goals in educational supplies, office, and lifestyle products.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nManage store layout, stock display, and visual presentation\nConduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and manage staff scheduling\nAnalyze sales data, customer preferences, and market trends to improve product offerings\nSupervise, train, and motivate Retail Sales Executives and Store Supervisor\nDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets\nMaintain proper stock levels, run regular stock checks, keep accurate records, and minimize stock loss\nUphold high customer service standards and resolve complaints promptly and professionally\nRun in-store promotions with the marketing team and drive foot traffic through local marketing and community engagement\nWork with the procurement team to keep the supply chain running smoothly\nOversee daily store operations and ensure company standards are met\n\nRequirements\n\nWillingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays\nSolid knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising\n4-5 years of proven retail management experience\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities\nStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills\nProven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer
