-    Ensure timely and accuracy for submission of the inventory report 
-    Conduct quarterly physical inventory count Material, RM, FG  
-    Reconcile inventory physical count with System and identify Variance 
-    Guideline on inventory items code, process and system Inventory Module support
-    Assist Manager to conduct cost Calculation, and BOM 
-    Assist Manger for Fixed asset count, Schedule, depreciation  
-    Assist Manager with Fixed Asset Module support
-    Other tasks assigned by Supervisor

 

-    At least 2-3 years of experience as an Accountant in Real Estate developer or Construction Sector 
-    Bachelor's degree (Accounting & Finance)
-    Advanced Excel skill, System Cuscen is an advantage
-    Flexible work, Dynamic and fast learner 
-    Be able to travel to the project once per month 
-    Understand the way of control Construction Material.
-  Male candidate is preferable

- NSSF and Pension Fund - Seniority Payment - Working day: Monday to Friday (8:00am to 5:30pm) - Performance Bonus - Mission Allowance
