Our team includes certified consultants experienced in business strategy and digital transformation enabling clients to better understand and navigate available support schemes.\nRole OverviewWe are looking for a strategic and hands-on I.T Project Manager or Project Coordinator to lead and drive end-to-end delivery of multiple IT and digital projects across Southeast Asia. This role goes beyond traditional project execution; the successful candidate will play a critical role in both pre-sales planning and post-sales stakeholder management, working closely with account managers, clients, technical teams, and the finance department to ensure project success from inception to completion.\nYou will be responsible for project scoping, resource planning, financial tracking, stakeholder alignment, and driving execution excellence across cross-functional and regional teams.\nTo be effective in this role, the candidate should have at least a basic understanding of technical concepts, including APIs, coding practices, and software development lifecycle. Familiarity with infrastructure setup on cloud platforms like AWS is also essential to confidently support discussions with technical stakeholders and ensure smooth project planning and delivery.\nKey Responsibilities1. Project Leadership & Delivery Execution\nLead full project lifecycle management from initiation through planning, execution, delivery, and closure.\n\nDrive project delivery across multiple concurrent IT/digital projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, budget, and quality goals.\n\nCoordinate cross-functional and geographically distributed teams including developers, designers, QA, and business analysts.\n\nOversee project documentation including requirements, user stories, timelines, change logs, and risk registers using PM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.\n\n2. Pre-Sales & Financial Planning\nCollaborate with account managers during the pre-sales phase to define scope, estimate effort, and prepare project plans and costings.\n\nEngage directly with the finance team to create and review quotations, pricing models, and change request documentation.\n\nSupport proposal preparation, RFP responses, and client pitch materials with detailed project execution strategies.\n\n3. Post-Sales Execution & Invoicing\nWork with finance and delivery teams to ensure all project milestones are tracked and invoiced according to schedule.\n\nMonitor project financials including budget burn, resource costs, and change request revenue.\n\nEnsure timely follow-up and coordination with clients for payment collection and milestone acknowledgment.\n\n4. Client & Stakeholder Management\nServe as the primary point of contact for clients and external partners, managing expectations and ensuring transparent communication.\n\nLead project update calls, steering committee meetings, and post-implementation reviews with internal and external stakeholders.\n\nProvide consultative input and suggest improvements to client systems and processes as part of post-sales engagement and long-term relationship building.\n\nNavigate cultural, regulatory, and business nuances across Southeast Asia to tailor delivery models and client engagement strategies.\n\n5. Resource & Team Coordination\nDefine project resourcing needs and manage allocation across regional and outsourced teams.\n\nMentor and guide project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.\n\nSupport HR in onboarding regional team members and contractors as required by project scope.\n\n6. Process Improvement & Governance\nImplement and refine project governance frameworks, delivery methodologies, and SOPs suited for regional operations.\n\nTrack key delivery metrics (KPIs, milestone progress, team velocity) and proactively report to leadership and clients.\n\nIdentify delivery inefficiencies and champion process enhancements across teams.\n\n7. Risk & Change Management\nIdentify and manage project risks, issues, and interdependencies with a proactive mitigation approach.\n\nLead change request reviews with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring proper documentation, cost evaluation, and scope control.\n\nMaintain a structured change control process aligned with contractual and commercial obligations.\n\nQualifications & RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus.\n\nWith project management experience, including leadership of cross-functional teams across different geographies.\n\nStrong understanding of Agile methodologies.\n\nProven experience in pre-sales solutioning, effort estimation, and client presentations.\n\nSolid knowledge of project budgeting, invoicing, and financial tracking.\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with C-level and regional teams.\n\nExperience in digital, SaaS, mobile apps and Business systems such as AI.
