We’relooking for an Associate Technical Specialist to join our Client Technology team within Global Enterprise IT.You’llsupport the secure,compliantand reliable operation of Sky’swindows and mobileestate, helping with vulnerability remediation, endpoint hardening, patch deployment and first- and second-line support.You’llalsomaintainclear documentation and contribute to continuous improvement across our endpoint platforms.
Whatyou'lldo:
Support day-to-day Unified Endpoint Management operations across thewindows and mobileestate, using Microsoft Intune and related tools tomonitordevice security, compliance,configurationand patching.
Triage and support CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Management elevation issues, escalating complex cases whereappropriate.
Work under the guidance of Technical Specialists and Senior Technical Specialists to support endpoint platform operations, upgrades, testing, deployments, changeactivityand service improvement.
Manage incidents, servicerequestsand project tasks in line with agreed priorities, providing first- and second-line endpoint support.
Help improve endpoint platforms in line with business,securityand operational needs, whilemaintainingaccuratedocumentation for platform changes,workflowsand support processes.
Participate in the team’s out-of-hours support rota.
Whatyou'llbring:
Experience managing or supportingwindowsendpoints in an enterprise environment, with a basic understanding of Microsoft Intune, endpointsecurityand compliance concepts.
Strong fault-finding, diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Exposure to PowerShell,automationor API-based tooling.
Good written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document platform changes,workflowsand support processes.
A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively across technical teams.
A reliable,accurate,consistentand conscientious approach, together with a willingness to learn and developexpertisein modern endpoint management technologies.

Osterley: Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. You can also use our free shuttle buses to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, EalingBroadwayand South Ealing tube stations. The campus includes bike shelters and showers, subsidised restaurants and cafés, a Waitrose, a subsidisedgymand a cinema.
Livingston: Our Livingston campus is a free shuttle bus journey from Livingston North train station and the town centre, with onsite parking for cars,motorbikesand bicycles.You’llalso find a subsidised canteen and onsite gym.
