La risorsa, all’interno della struttura di Planning & Analytics, si occuperà dello sviluppo di modelli, analisi e report utili a identificare, quantificare, pianificare e monitorare gli impatti sui movimenti della customer base di Sky, derivanti sia da iniziative di business che da eventi interni ed esterni
Principali attività:
- estrazione, analisi di consistenza e consolidamento di dati provenienti da diverse fonti aziendali
- sviluppo ed aggiornamento di modelli previsionali
- monitoring d’avanzamento dei principali KPI di business vs target aziendali
- impostazione e sviluppo di business case in particolare per la parte di stime di impatto sui movimenti della customer base
- impostazione e sviluppo di analisi ed ex-post assessment
- definizione ed aggiornamento di analisi e report su eventi ed iniziative con impatti sulla base clienti Sky
- fornire insight utili attraverso la stesura ed esposizione di presentazioni efficaci rivolte al top management per guidare le decisioni di business
