ในกรณีที่ต้องการการสนับสนุนเพิ่มเติม (Escalation)2. งานโครงการ Cloud- ดูแลรับผิดชอบระบบ Virtualization: VMware vSphere และ VMware NSX - ดูแลรับผิดชอบระบบ Network และ Server: Switch, Server และอุปกรณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องภายในโครงการ - ดูแลรับผิดชอบระบบ Security: WAF, Anti-DDoS, Antivirus และระบบความปลอดภัยอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมด - ช่วยดูแลภาพรวมงานด้าน Network อื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องภายในโครงการให้ระบบทำงานร่วมกันได้อย่างมีเสถียรภาพ - ดำเนินการอัปเดต Security Patch และ Upgrade Version ของระบบ/อุปกรณ์ตามรอบเวลาและ Advisory จาก Vendor - ติดตามช่องโหว่ด้านความปลอดภัย (Vulnerability) และประสานงานวางแผนแก้ไขร่วมกับทีมที่เกี่ยวข้อง - จัดทำเอกสาร Runbook รายงานสรุปเหตุการณ์ และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการปฏิบัติงาน - ปฏิบัติงานให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานและ SLA ที่กำหนดในสัญญาบริการ - ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา\nQualifications\nทุกเพศ, มีสัญชาติไทย\n\nอายุ 25-40 ปี (หากอายุเกินแต่มีประสบการณ์ตรง จะพิจารณาเป็นกรณี)\n\nจบการศึกษาปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ในสาขาวิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ วิศวกรรมโทรคมนาคม เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง\n\nต้องมีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้าน Network / System Engineer 2 ปีขึ้นไป\n\nหากมีประสบการณ์ตรงด้านอุปกรณ์ Huawei (Switch, iMaster NCE) จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ\n\nหากมีประสบการณ์ดูแลระบบ VMware / NSX หรือ Cloud Infrastructure จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ\n\nมีความรูู้ความเข้าใจด้าน Networking : Switching, Routing, VLAN, VXLAN, EVPN, Fabric Network\n\nมีความรูู้ความเข้าใจด้าน Virtualization : VMware vSphere, VMware NSX\n\nมีความรูู้ความเข้าใจด้าน Security : Firewall, WAF, Anti-DDoS, Antivirus\n\nมีความเข้าใจกระบวนการ Patch Management และ Vulnerability Management\n\nสามารถใช้งานเครื่องมือ Monitoring และ Network
