# Inventory & Asset Controller

Job Summary We are looking for a meticulous and analytical Inventory & Asset Controller to join our finance team at SKY restaurants. This role owns the full control cycle governing the flow of goods, raw materials, operating supplies, and fixed assets between our central warehouses and individual store locations. You will act as the crucial financial checkpoint ensuring inventory accuracy, minimizing waste and shrinkage, and maintaining a robust audit trail from procurement intake to final point-of-sale consumption. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Inventory Control: Design, monitor, and enforce control procedures across the entire supply chain lifecycle, covering receiving, warehousing, transfer, issuance, and consumption. Warehouse & Store Reconciliation: Conduct regular and surprise physical inventory counts, cycle counts, and fixed asset audits across all warehouses and restaurant branches, reconciling discrepancies immediately against ERP/POS records. Stock Movement & Transfer Monitoring: Oversee daily goods transfers between the central warehouse and restaurant locations, verifying documentation, gate passes, and systemic transfers to prevent loss or transit variance.
