The ideal candidate will develop and maintain scalable applications, optimize database performance, build API integrations, and support DevOps practices. Experience integrating Generative AI capabilities, including GPT models, embeddings, and AI agents, is also required.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop, maintain, and enhance scalable, secure, and maintainable applications using Python and Django.\nBuild and integrate REST APIs, SOAP services, and WSDL-based web services.\nDevelop and optimize SQL queries, database structures, and application data-access logic.\nImplement data mappings and transformations based on business and technical requirements.\nDevelop and maintain user interface components using CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery, or related frontend technologies.\nCollaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\nSupport version control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments using Git and Azure DevOps.\nIntegrate Generative AI capabilities, including GPT models, embeddings, prompt engineering, and agent-based solutions.\nParticipate in code reviews, troubleshooting, testing, deployment, and production support.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve application quality and follow engineering best practices.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n4–7 years of experience developing applications using Python and Django.\n3–5 years of experience writing and optimizing SQL queries and working with databases.\n1–2 years of hands-on experience implementing Generative AI technologies, including GPT models, embeddings, and agent-based solutions.\n1–2 years of experience with Angular or related frontend technologies.\nExperience with REST APIs, SOAP services, WSDL-based integrations, and enterprise application development.\nFamiliarity with Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment practices.\nUnderstanding of data mapping, data transformation, and application integration concepts.\nExperience working in Agile development environments.\nStrong communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\n\nPreferred Technical Skills\nDjango application architecture and enterprise integrations.\nFrontend technologies such as Angular, JavaScript, CSS, Bootstrap, or jQuery.\nGenerative AI integration, prompt engineering, embeddings, and AI agents.\nModern DevOps and software delivery practices.\n\nWork Arrangement\nCandidates must be willing to work in a hybrid model with 3 days onsite per week in Pune,
