Position Title: Crew Member Department: Operations Reports To: General Manager Status (FT/PT): Part-Time FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Travel: None Location: Sky Zone Lansing JOB SUMMARY: Crew Members are frontline team members responsible for delivering a safe, engaging, and memorable guest experience across multiple operational stations within the park. This role is designed to provide exposure to core areas of park operations while building foundational workplace skills in guest service, safety, teamwork, and accountability. Crew Members may be assigned to one or more stations based on business needs. Station assignments are not guaranteed and may change at the discretion of park leadership. Operational stations may include: Court Monitor Greeter / Park Support Party Host Party Coordinator Café Front of House (FOH) Café Back of House (BOH) Front Desk (Sales) Park Training Marketing Support Crew Members are expected to demonstrate reliability, coachability, and alignment with Sky Zone’s mission and values while maintaining safety and operational standards at all times.
