This is a trainee pathway into international wealth management, with clear progression to becoming a Private Wealth Adviser.\nThe focus of the role is to strategically identify and engage with high-net-worth expatriate clients globally, introduce our service and connect them with our Private Wealth Advisers.\nAlongside your day-to-day work, the company will sponsor you to complete the CISI Level 4 Investment Advice Diploma, to support you in progressing as a Private Wealth Adviser yourself over a 2-3 year period.\nKey Responsibilities:\nResearching and identifying potential international clients\n\nContacting professionals via phone, email and LinkedIn\n\nIntroducing Skybound’s wealth management proposition\n\nGenerating and qualifying new business opportunities\n\nBooking in meetings for experienced Private Wealth Advisers\n\nBuilding long-term professional relationships\n\nWorking towards industry qualifications\n\nDesired Skills and Experience:\nConfident communication skills\n\nStrong commercial awareness and proactivity\n\nA proven track record within a pro-active sales, recruitment or business development environment is preferred\n\nAn ability to generate leads and strategically develop new business\n\nComfortable dealing with high-net-worth individuals\n\nAn interest in financial markets and current affairs\n\nExperience navigating through business sites, such as LinkedIn, company directories\n\nKey Benefits:\nA basic salary of £24,000 to £28,000, plus an uncapped commission structure\n\n£40-50k year 1 OTE\n\nClear progression into a Private Wealth Adviser role\n\nFull support through industry-recognised qualifications\n\nFantastic exposure within a growing global firm\n\nInternational incentives for top performers\n\nSkybound Wealth Management is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
