We are headquartered in Wallisdown (Greater Bournemouth), with advisers across the UK.\nAbout the role\nWe are seeking an experienced Paraplanner to support our Private Wealth Advisers across the full advice process, including pensions, investments, protection and estate planning.\nCashflow modelling is central to our advice approach, enabling clients to understand long-term financial outcomes and supporting advisers in delivering clear, robust recommendations.\nThis role is suited to an experienced paraplanner within a UK financial advice firm, either as a long-term technical specialist or someone interested in progressing toward a Private Wealth Adviser role.\nKey Duties\nUndertake detailed product and fund research across pensions, investments, protection, tax and estate planning\n\nAnalyse client circumstances, objectives and existing arrangements to inform recommendation\n\nUtilise Plume, our proprietary wealth technology platform, to support the efficient delivery of high-quality advice\n\nUse cashflow modelling to demonstrate outcomes and support adviser recommendations\n\nPrepare high-quality, detailed suitability letters and advice reports based on fact finds and information provided by Private Wealth Advisers\n\nSupport Private Wealth Advisers through the end-to-end advice process, ensuring accurate and timely documentation\n\nLiaise with providers to obtain quotations, projections, policy information and technical details\n\nEnsure all work meets FCA standards, internal compliance requirements and company policies\n\nKeep up to date with regulatory, legislative and product changes\n\nPrepare meeting packs and relevant technical documents in advance\n\nBe a point of contact for technical queries from advisers and occasionally clients\n\nMonitor the provider matrix and model portfolios used for clients under Skybound Wealth UK\n\nDesired Skills and Experience:\nStrong experience in a paraplanning or similar role within a UK financial advisory firm\n\nLevel 4 Diploma qualified (or part qualified with a commitment to progress)\n\nStrong technical knowledge across pensions, investments and protection\n\nExperience with software packages such as FE Analytics is desirable for this role\n\nKnowledge of cashflow modelling software (e.g. Voyant, Truth, CashCalc)\n\nYou Will Benefit From:\nA basic salary relevant to current\n\nFull exam and study support through to Chartered status\n\nFlexible working policy\n\nClear career pathways including Technical Specialist or Private Wealth Adviser\n\nExposure to complex cross-border planning cases\n\nThe opportunity to be part of a growing international firm recognised with multiple industry awards, including Company of the Year and Excellence in Client Service\n\nSkybound Wealth UK is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
