You will be supported by a fully licensed, multi-jurisdictional platform, centralised compliance and operations, and Plume, our proprietary wealth technology, allowing you to focus on advice, clients and growth.\nSuccess in this role is measured through positive client outcomes, client acquisition, retention and recurring revenue growth.\nKey Responsibilities\nBuilding and Growing a Client Base\nDevelop and grow your own client book through referrals, professional networks, events and proactive outreach\n\nConvert prospects into long-term advisory relationships\n\nRetain and deepen client relationships over time through high-quality advice and service\n\nAdvisers are expected to generate their own opportunities, supported by the group’s brand, network, marketing activity and professional introducer relationships\n\nClient Advice and Ongoing Planning\nDeliver holistic financial advice across investments, pensions, protection, tax and estate planning\n\nAdvise internationally mobile clients with assets, income or family across multiple jurisdictions\n\nReview and adapt client plans in line with changing goals, circumstances and market conditions\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nExperience and Qualifications\nLevel 4 qualification in financial advice or equivalent\n\nPrevious experience as a practising financial adviser\n\nProven experience building and managing a client book\n\nSkills and Attributes\nCommercial mindset with a clear focus on growth and client acquisition\n\nStrong relationship-building and communication skills\n\nConfidence advising internationally mobile and high-earning clients\n\nAbility to work autonomously while leveraging central support teams\n\nHigh standards of professionalism, organisation and
