Our Performance Marketing team runs paid acquisition across Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads for our advisory business.\nWe are looking for a Performance Marketing Associate to join a growing team and support the day to day planning, execution, reporting and analysis of paid campaigns across our core platforms.\nThis is a hands on, execution focused role suited to someone early in their performance marketing career who wants to build deep, practical expertise across paid platforms, reporting and campaign optimisation, with clear growth into a more senior campaign ownership role over time.\nKey Responsibilities\nCampaign Planning & Execution\nAssist in planning and setting up paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn.\n\nBuild and launch ad sets, audiences, creatives and campaign structures as briefed by the team lead.\n\nSupport day to day campaign management, including budget pacing, bid adjustments and pausing/scaling ad sets.\n\nCoordinate with design and content resources to get creatives and copy ready for launch.\n\nKeep campaign naming, UTM tagging and account structure consistent and organised.\n\nReporting & Analysis\nPrepare regular performance reports across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) covering spend, leads, CPL, CTR and other key metrics.\n\nTrack daily and weekly lead and appointment numbers and flag performance issues early.\n\nSupport the team lead with campaign level analysis to identify what is and isn't working.\n\nMaintain reporting sheets and dashboards accurately and on schedule.\n\nPull data from ad platforms and the CRM to support reporting and optimisation decisions.\n\nPlatform & Tools\nWork across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager on a daily basis.\n\nDevelop a working understanding of conversion tracking basics (pixels, conversion events, lead forms).\n\nSupport testing of creatives, audiences and campaign structures under the team lead's guidance.\n\nStay current on platform updates, new ad formats and best practices.\n\nRequired Experience & Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Media or a related discipline.\n\n0 to 2 years of experience in performance or digital marketing; internship or hands on project experience with paid ads is acceptable.\n\nA working understanding of paid advertising concepts, including campaigns, ad sets/groups, targeting, bidding and budgets.\n\nExposure to at least one major ad platform (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager or LinkedIn Campaign Manager) preferred.\n\nComfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and data tracking.\n\nPrior exposure to the BFSI, wealth management or financial services space is a plus, but not required.\n\nSkills & Attributes\nStrong analytical mindset and comfort working with numbers and data.\n\nDetail oriented, with good campaign hygiene and organisation.\n\nWillingness to learn platforms and processes quickly.\n\nClear written communication for reporting and internal updates.\n\nAbility to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.\n\nA proactive, ownership driven attitude.\n\nGrowth Opportunity\nThis role sits within a growing performance marketing function supporting Skybound's international lead generation engine.
