Reporting to the Senior People Experience Manager, you will serve as a key driver of the People Experience team-balancing receptionist responsibilities with dynamic coordination. Apply today!\nThis role is an in-person position, requiring someone to work from studio 5-days a week.\nA snapshot of your role:\nCoordination responsibilities: \n\nCoordinate daily studio operations including but not limited to: ordering of office supplies, desk allocations for hybrid team members, mail outs, shared spaces, and vendor relationships.\nBe the main operational partner for our five discipline-specific guilds and numerous clubs\nLiaise with the building management, janitorial staff, and external contractors to properly execute the company's projects.\nSupport team logistics such as catered lunches, and other ad hoc administrative or coordination requests.\nLead Health and Safety team and programs, contributing to the maintenance of a safe, organized workplace.\nAssist with planning and executing studio events, offering creative input and following through on assigned tasks.\nSupport Marketing with internal communications.\nBe the internal point of contact between our corporate travel partner and our staff.\nReception/Administration responsibilities:\nAct as the first point of contact for the studio, handling general inquiries, service requests, greeting guests/employees, and maintaining a welcoming and secure environment.\nManage fob and building access provisioning, as well as employee and vehicle management.\nManage the internal ticketing system for internal tickets and building management issues\nProcess and track purchase orders, payments, and receipts.\nSound like you?
