This is a role for someone who is highly technical, self-driven, and passionate about delivering clean, scalable code but who also excels at communication and collaboration. You'll work closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers to define standards, implement best practices, and ensure consistency across our products.\n\nResponsibilities: \nLead the implementation of a shared design library with reusable React components, design tokens (colors, typography, and spacing), and UX patterns used across applications.\nDefine the foundations of the library: naming conventions, versioning strategy, theming, accessibility standards (WCAG), and contribution guidelines.\nSet up and maintain component documentation (Storybook, MDX) with usage guidelines and live examples.\nEstablish governance for proposing, reviewing, deprecating, and evolving components in partnership with UI/UX designers and QA.\nDefine and implement a testing framework/strategy: component unit tests, visual regression, accessibility checks, and integration tests.\nCollaborate with Product Designers to translate guidelines into tokenized, testable components, ensuring consistency across apps.\nIntegrate the library into CI/CD pipelines with automated builds, tests, visual regression, and versioned releases.\nWrite clean, maintainable, scalable code in TypeScript and React, building responsive, reliable, and secure web applications.\nOwn feature development from idea to deployment, aligning closely with product, design, backend, QA, and BA teams.\nReview code, challenge assumptions, and help raise the technical bar across the team.\nMentor less experienced engineers and support team growth through technical guidance.\nHelp shape frontend architecture and long-term decisions (modularity, patterns, performance).\n\nRequirements: \n5+ years of professional experience in frontend development with expertise in TypeScript, modern JavaScript, and the React ecosystem (hooks, context, modular design).\nExperience designing or contributing to a design system or shared component library (tokens, theming, accessibility, documentation).\nSolid understanding of HTML5 CSS3 responsive design, web security, performance, and accessibility best practices.\nExperience designing or contributing to scalable frontend architectures.\nComfortable in a fast-paced, iterative, CI/CD environment with agile processes and rapid feedback loops.\nProficient with Git, npm/yarn, and modern frontend tooling.\nStrong communication skills, valuing direct feedback and open dialogue.\nSupportive team player who actively shares knowledge and mentors colleagues.\nAble to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing
